We offer three Yoga Teacher Training Programs:

  • 200-hour Foundational Program
    Our 200 hour program consists of 5 required modules: Roots, Pathways, Embodiment, Generation & Transmission which collectively will empower you with a broad and deep base from which to live and teach the flow of Yoga to all with skill, creativity, intelligence and authenticity.
  • 300-hour Advanced Studies Program (rolling enrollment)
    for students who already have a 200-hour certification and want a 500-hour registration level
  • 500-hour Comprehensive Program
    a combination of our 200 + 300 hour programs

    Our 300 & 500 hours programs are in an elective module format of weekend workshops and sacred, pranafied experiences which will span 2-3 years. Gina and guest teachers who are experts in their fields will offer teachings in areas like Ayurveda, Tantra, Anatomy, Advanced Teaching Tools, Specialty Population Teaching, Yoga Psychology, Personal Evolution and more. In addition, you may take advantage of special retreat opportunities that include an elective Teacher Training module as part of the journey.

Upon completion of required contact hours, projects and readings you will have experienced and learned a broad spectrum of yogic subject matter that will empower and inspire you. You will also be eligible for Yoga Alliance Registration at the level you have completed.

The Kansas Siddhi Yoga Teacher Training Programs are all inspired by the teachings of Gina's long-time teacher, Shiva Rea. These in-depth immersions provide the opportunity to deepen your experience and understanding of Yoga. You don't necessarily need to be teaching or even planning to teach in order to participate. What is required is a minimum of 2 years of an on-going, vinyasa-based yoga practice, a letter of recommendation from your current teacher, and a strong interest in committing to the further exploration of Yoga. You will need complete an application prior to acceptance into the program.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS

Gina Caputo is a respected teacher of Vinyasa and Prana Flow® yoga and the director of Kansas Siddhi Yoga which she founded in 2004. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500) through Yoga Alliance and has had the privilege of studying and apprenticing with some of today's most renowned teachers. She is one of Shiva Rea's Senior Prana Flow® Teacher Trainers and a long-time Samudra Global School of Yoga assistant and teacher mentor. Her teachings are infused with gratitude to her teacher Shiva, her devotional attitude towards Prana and her studies in the Krishnamacharya lineage, Tantra, yogic philosophy, mindfulness, vitality and humor.

Sarah Kucera, DC is a practicing chiropractor, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, and yoga teacher at Kansas Siddhi Yoga. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College. To round out her holistic offerings to her patients, she graduated with a diploma as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor from Mount Madonna Institute, which is where she continues to study the extraordinary healing practices of yoga's sister science. Her combined, extensive experience in yoga, kinesiology, movement therapy and seeing bodies gives her teachings an extraordinary applicability.
