What is Yoga Therapy?

Are Private Yoga Sessions Right For Me?

Ideal as an introduction for an apprehensive new yogi or for an experienced yogi in need of a tune-up, a private yoga session is 60 minutes of yoga flow for only you. You will have undivided attention and learn the key actions of poses and how each pose is really supposed to feel. Unlike our other services, private yoga sessions do not require and are not inclusive of an exam. Those who are seeking yoga as therapeutic relief for specific conditions are urged to make an appointment for an initial consultation and diagnostic exam.
