RESTORATIVE YOGA
THE ANTIDOTE TO STRESS
Join us for a relaxing experience like no other, Restorative Yoga classes at KSY! In our West Studio on Sundays from 4:00-5:30pm with Laura or at KSY East on Fridays from 6:00-7:30pm with Anita. This is a great class to bring a new friend to. Absolutely all levels welcome and encouraged to explore this deeply healing form of yoga!
NEW LUNAR CLASS IN BLUE SPRINGS
Join Leslie for a sweet end to your weekend with a slow, deep release in Lunar Yoga. Perfect for after a long weekend of working in the yard or playing outside! Sundays from 5:00 - 6:15pm. This down-tempo class is great for both newcomers and seasoned yogis because it goes both slow and deep!
